strong head wind at times. Then when ya with the wind, nice push
but that's when ya start feeling the HEAT

What is this "east wind" you speak of? We have no such wind west of the West Hills.
However, running with no wind and 99% humidity this morning sucked big time. I was still sweating 15 minutes after my run ended.
