Looks like it may be a bit cooler and a lot less smoky this Wednesday. Come run an easy 3 to 6 mile run along the river and oaks bottom.
All paces are welcome. This is a recovery run after Tuesday track workout.
Meet at 6 PM at the corner of SW California and Macadam. Look for all the enthusiastic runners. We stop several times to regroup. It really is a casual run.
