Beth - can you post up which pace groups still need to have people sign up for them?  Seems like we might get more people signing up for slots if they know the paces that are still in need of people.  I believe some of the faster time slots are still available?  3:05 and 3:10?

Hi everyone,

Quick update - I am still recruiting more pacers for this year's race! You should have gotten an email (or several) if you paced before, the link via Facebook and message board. If you didn't get any of these notification - please let me know so we can improve communications!

Next - speaking of improved communications, I am still working to fit everyone into their first or second choice and this takes some time! If you signed up with the form, I will do a blanked confirmation email to let you know I have you on the team.

This weekend by end of day SUNDAY, I will post the TENTATIVE teams. We may still be recruiting at this time which means that the list is tentative in your exact placement. Please feel free to recruit other prior pacers in the slots open: 3:00, 3:10, 3:15, 3:25, and 3:45.

Other notes: mandatory pre-meeting is not yet scheduled but that will also be posted as soon as we have a location secured. It will likely be in the downtown area the week prior to the race.

You will collect your pacer shirt from me directly - this year it will be short sleeved.

Thanks,

Beth

Hey everyone,

Sorry this is later than expected - that said: PLEASE be diligent about hand washing and vitamin c taking - there is a doozie of a virus about and we need our whole team healthy for the upcoming pacing event. Also, injuries are starting to hit our ranks, so please be careful as the rain comes and things get slick.

Here is the TENTATIVE lineup. As you can see, we still need to get more members for nearly every category. I WILL BE MAKING MORE CHANGES TO THE LINEUP AS EVENTS/ISSUES IMPACT THE TEAM. That said, please know I will do everything I can to give you your preferred time.

Cool, I'll edit to reflect this too. I'll try to make the open spots obvious too. Just hope I do it correctly.

Beth, have you ever had a chance to confirm the missing slots on the pacing?  I haven't seen an update.  Happy to run but if not needed/confirmed I'll make other plans.

Hi Beth - I can't do the pace team due to stress fracture, but I could do the expo or other non-running coverage.

I could do Sat morning or afternoon - I would be fine with either depending what you need.

I did not see anything for an aid station - is that on another thread?
