Posting up the weekly SBUX Run. Here are the details. Per usual, if you plan on coming out, let us know. And if you plan to add on extra miles beforehand, post how many, pace and what time you'll be starting. Attendance seems to have been down lately for some reason, and since I come in from Vancouver, it would be good to know if anyone will be showing up, before I make the drive in.

WHAT: 12-13 mile run

WHEN: Sunday, 07/16/2017 @ 8:30am (this is the start time for the 12-mile run)

WHERE: Starbucks on the corner of NW 23rd Ave & Overton St

ROUTE: http://www.usatf.org....asp?rID=569822. *We've done this one before, but bring directions/map just in case.*

PACE: Typically 7:00/mile to 10:00/mile, depending on who shows up

Who's joining us this week?

THE OLDER I GET, THE BETTER I WAS.

PROUD TO BE A PAFAR!
