Join us this coming Saturday for a combined TRL/Nike Running Club workout that Julia Webb is putting together.
The plan is to meet at the wood chip loop up above the Duniway Track at 9:00 on Saturday morning. Julia will have a tent there so you know you have found the right spot. And I think she even mentioned something about post workout treats...
She has a workout in mind that sounds like a warm up run followed by a combination of some laps on the wood chips (I think she was thinking 3-4 800s at tempo) followed by some intervals running up Terwilliger (you know, the ones where we run up to 3 or 4 different end points; 100-200-300; repeat). So similar stuff to what we often do on a Tuesday track workout.
If you are up for a Saturday workout with a crew that will be a little larger/different than our typical group, plan to come out this Saturday.
