Bhavana, Raghav, and I are all doing CIM. I know there are some other Lizards out there who are heading to Sacramento too. We're a little ways off but I thought it would be fun to know who else is planning to do this race.

I'll be there (I have to be in San Francisco Sunday night, so the timing was perfect). If you want a no-longer-marathoner in the group, count me in!
A warning, btw. Downtown Sacramento has palm trees. Tall ones. Those fronds come down hard enough in wind storms to break car windows. Depending on what the weather does before, during, and after the race, a certain amount of caution is called for.

Looking forward to seeing everyone! It does look like it will be a monsoon but I'm still hoping the system moves out before the race. If not, can't say I didn't train in the rain here in good old Portland. Still, I did spend some time today scouting out alternative races in January in case this one ends up being used as a training run. It'll be an adventure!
