Here's my plan FWIW.
Hills repeats on Terwilliger, in the shade!
5-6 sets of:
1:00 uphill @ marathon pace, jog back down
:40 uphill @ 10k pace, jog back down
:20 uphill @ mile pace, jog back down
2:00 rest between sets
