Since Tim and many others are in track town, I'd figure I would post.

Here are the details. Please reply to this post if you're showing up and if you're adding on extra miles, what your plans are. Thanks!

WHAT: 12 mile run (others often add on more mileage beforehand)

WHEN: Sunday, 06/17/12 @ 8:30am PDT (this is the start time for the 12 mile run)

WHERE: SBUX on NW 23rd @ Overton

ROUTE: To be posted later. I am open to ideas/suggestions!

PACE: All paces welcomed and encouraged. Up front tends to average about 7:15-7:30/mile, starting off slower and finishing up faster.

Who's in?

Not sure about the varsity crew, but for JV crew Julie and I are planning on running the Terwilleger route. Pace between 8-8:30

I will be there. I had planned on extra miles, but not sure right now.

I'll be there trying to run varsity pace. Still recovering (& no longer contagious) from death virus but up for the challenge!

One day I may not be able to run. Today is not that day.

Sounds fun, but I'm Seattle for the weekend. I should be back in action in 2 weeks and, if my injuries hold up, will be in the midst of non stealth, non slacker fall marathon training.

Yeah, that's mine. Thanks for picking it up! I was so out of it when I left.. Consider it yours. I won't be back for the next two weekends or so.

Thanks for the great run, all!

Are you sure it wasn't Trautwein's? Oh no wait, he didn't show up.
