Eugene/Hayward Field has awesome all-comers meets. They're on Thursday's. Here's the link:

There's one in Amity as well which is prolly far for you. The reason I mention it is bcuz it's the only one I know of that uses FAT. Link

Thank you all for the information. Yes, I live in Salem -- wanted to run some track meets and drag my teenage daughters with me.

There are all-comers meet put on by Club Northwest in Seattle every single Wendesday night of the summer from May 23rd to August 8th. They usually get a reasonable turn-out and use FAT timing.
