I ran 2:16 for the 800. 64 seconds for the 1st 400. At the time, after the race, I remember telling Andi that I needed to actually train for the 800. I thought I had potential to break 2:10. But, I haven't raced or trained for an 800 since. Maybe I should. That 2:16 would put me 7th in the nation for the 800 for the 45-49 age group.
