Posting up the regular Sunday SBUX run.

Here are the details. Please reply to this post if you're showing up and if you're adding on extra miles, what your plans are. Thanks!

WHAT: 12 mile run (others often add on more mileage beforehand)

WHEN: Sunday, 05/13/12 @ 8:30am PDT (this is the start time for the 12 mile run)

WHERE: SBUX on NW 23rd @ Overton

ROUTE: To be posted later. I am open to ideas/suggestions!

PACE: All paces welcomed and encouraged. Up front tends to average about 7:15-7:30/mile, starting off slower and finishing up faster.

Who's in?

My plan this week is 16 miles, with the last 8 miles at 6:50-7:00/mile pace. So I'll get there at 8:00am to add FOUR miles in, meeting the usual group at 8:30am. Four miles into the 12-mile route, I'll (hopefully) take the pace down to ~6:50/mile for the duration.

If I survive The Lake Run, I may show up for the whole 16   :twitch:

One day I may not be able to run. Today is not that day.

I'll be there for 12 and will hang on as the pace picks up for as long as possible. If we could make those last 8 miles downhill, that'd be great, thanks.

Well, I was planning to attend this coming Sunday but it turns out I'll be out of town. I plan hope to be there the following week, and regularly after that.

I did survive the Lake Run, but there's a change of plans anyway. I'll be watching Premier League soccer with Jeff M. instead. Priorities!

Thanks to Hari, SteveT & MelissaW for coming out this morning. A little toasty but not too bad. Next week in RNR but I have my last long run on the schedule (22 miles), so I'll be at SBUX. Look forward to some more company then!
