Would love some company for an easy pace flat recovery run. Most likely an out and back or over Hawthorne.

Meet at Sellwood Church leaving by 4pm Tues. No Tabor this week!

Would love to join you, Amy, as a flat recovery run sounds really good... but that's not quite a post-Orcas "recovery pace" for me. baby.gif Maybe I can talk a friend into joining me to trail behind you(r group).

Yeah, today I'm just doing an EASY recovery spin on the bike trainer! I think that walking would be plenty for me today, especially after my massage today (which was such an excellent idea!!!!).

All are welcome at whatever pace.

I do have to say thank you to Susan for dragging me out of bed Sunday morning at 6:30am after our Orcas run. Ugh, I am thinking.......this girl is crazy, how the heck is this supposed to be good for me. Ha! I have learned that I know nothing about running and have a ton to learn and a ton more to learn about Ultra trail running.

Susan knows what she is doing and I thank her for all of her input and advice!

I really think that 6miles did help with my soreness in my legs. Hill, you could also just come out and walk with KodaPup too.

See you there Andy.

Running still isn't that very serious.

I'm in....I'm in for 6-8 miles....I'm thinking of turning around at the 1 mile marker near the ross island bridge and coming back and then doing a quick oaks bottom loop in the park there.
