Anyone interested in running a 400 x 8-12 workout on Wednesday? I could meet at either Lincoln or Duniway track at around 5:45pm. You can post here or PM me. I'll probably try to run around 85 secs, but if you want to go a different pace that is fine. Just having someone on the track to start each repeat with makes it a lot more fun.

You leave out the most important part of the workout: Recovery? whistle.png

Sprinters and their rest rolleyes.gif flowers.png Are you seriously thinking about it or just teasing me? That would be awesome if you were really up for it. Plan would be 75-80 sec rest/recovery between.
