Go here to sign up; a small group of us went last year and it was an all-around good event. The page also has a link to the race website/blog, which contains course maps and elevation profiles, lodging and ferry info, etc., etc.

The run is February 6, so obviously you have a bit of time, but it's better to sign up sooner than later due to lodging and overall space constraints.

Anyway, I'm planning to go back and actually finish the 25k.

Ooooooooooooyyyyeeeeahhhhhhhhhh............My arch rival, I am so with you Aaron. I will cross my fingers, knock on wood, talk to the glass ball in hopes to be healthy and not get injured this go around.

It was a great group that went last year, lots of fun.

This event does close fast, so get on it.

For those people who want to stay in one cabin, sign up as Team Red Lizard so they will group you all together.

I am probably going to stay at Doe Bay Resort this year. The manager said he would give Lizards 1/2 off. If anyone is interested in sharing a little cabin who does not snore blink.gif let me know grin.png

In for the 25k

This does sound like fun but I have two other February race invitations and I'll only race once that month.

If I do go, I'd be willing to share the room with you Amy and I don't snore.

I'll decide by the end of October.

But no meister for me. I still remember the time I got sick on that vile stuff.

7000 ft elevation gain for the 50k, no wonder it was hard. How much would it cost for lodging at Doe Bay?

Joanna, it's one ice cold shot after the race to celebrate w00t.png

This will be a cabin with a few bedrooms and or bunks too. I will post with confirmation later regarding space price etc.
