Who's ready for some mud? While plenty of this course is mud-free, I can guaranty there will be some seriously muddy portions of trail on this run. Just wanted to make sure that was clear ahead of time so no one is complaining about making a poor shoe choice
Despite some sections of slipping and sliding, this race is a lot of fun. Gary (race director) and Run Wild put on a great event, and are super supportive of TRL, so come enjoy the experience (and save $5 by using the discount he is offering TRL members. Code = TRL2018).
Meet at the Tualatin Park and Ride (off I-5 next to Bridgeport Village) at 7:15. It's about a 45 minute drive down, so we should have plenty of time to park, get bibs, warm up, and be ready for the 9am start.
Depending on weather, I propose we do a potluck BBQ. I can bring a grill, if everyone else wants to bring salads and sides. We did this last year, and it was a lot of fun hanging out in the park. It will be in the actual park this year, so should be an even nicer place to hang out for a little extra time after the race.
