We're now offering MULTIPLE distance options. So if you do your long runs on Saturdays, you can still come out and enjoy a shorter recovery run with us!
Some folks arrive early to get in extra miles. If you're doing so, please post when you'll be starting and how much extra you'll be doing.
WHAT: 6 or 12-mile distances
WHEN: Sunday,4/8/2018 @ 8:30am (this is the start time for all distances)
WHERE: Starbucks on the corner of NW 23rd & Overton
ROUTE: Feel free to head up to the trails from SBUX, or here are suggested road routes:
6-mile route: Same route as 12M for first 4M, then take the Broadway bridge back to Starbucks.
PACE: Typically 7:00/mile to 10:00/mile, depending on who shows up.
