    Running is serious business.

Tomorrow is the summer solstice. The longest day of the year. Every day after tomorrow is a shorter day - it makes me sad.

Summer's great and all but since I like to ski and board too I end up cheering for cold weather come fall. One of my co-workers is a Meadows season pass holder and has gone like 70 times this past season... he was pretty depressed on the last day of the season and had to find a new hobby for the summer...

Are you going to be there????

After the nice jogging performance you had at the scramble I am expecting to see you at track tonight as well!

Jogging is easy... but track workouts are another thing all together. The foot is feeling much better, but it will likely be a few more weeks before I try anything crazy (i.e. running more than 20 mpw, running vs jogging, walking while chewing gum, etc)

The Yoga Shala place on Division is celebrating the solstice by having everyone do 107 sun salutations. I don't know the signficance of 107, but I'm not sure I could do more than 20!

OK, I was evading this question yesterday since we're supposed to go to a fund/friend raiser for Metro's new parks bond measure tonight. But I'm willing to be late to the party - the Fulton run is THAT important. So, T&A will be present for the Summer Solstice run.
