Blind Date race out at Alpenrose tonight ( yes, cyclocross in the dark!!!) and for another 3 Wednesdays.
Last week was an incredibly muddy mess.
Lots of fun!!!! (this pic was at Alpenrose, running up the stairs, but not Blind Date)

If you are one the fence about cyclocross, there are two more oppotunities left this season. This Sunday at PIR and the following weekend at Krugers Farm on Sauvie Island. Both great venues to watch and compete at!

This past Sunday was at Barton Park, where I did two races an hour apart. The first race at 9:30 was pretty sloppy and slick. By the time the second race started at 11:30, the course had dried considerably but so had my energy :-/

Lot of fun!!!

Are you still doing the cyclocrash, XC double?

Ahhh, I guess I'm a tad behind, but yes.
I've done the entire Cross Crusade series, including the weekend in Bend, along with Battle at Barlow.
This weekend in is Kruger Farm, the following is Wintercross at Washougal..... I may do the last race ( of the cross crusade series) in Bend the first weekend of Dec.

I will likely do winter cross and both days in Bend. I have to say I have been really happy with how CX has improved my overall fitness. Also, CX bike racers are a lot friendlier than the roadie crowd.

Cross is a blast! No more criterium racing for me, but will always do cross!

I was planning on Wintercross, but there was a change of plans.
I'd like to do Sunday in Bend. Long drive for a 45 minute race though.

Glad you're having a good time and Good luck to you!
