I haven't decided yet but I have narrowed it down to either the 8K or the 15K.

Definitely 5K for me (and not just to avoid Danimal), and I'll have to check the schedule to see if I want to double this year.

This is a tough decision...

The 15k is such a classic. But as Joe pointed out to me, since you get another chance to run it at Cascade Runoff, it's not your only chance anymore. But that is where all the big boys run to go for the prize money.

5k, 8k... you just never know who will show up. Too bad that someone fast always shows up, since winning your weight in beer...

Um... beer.

15K for me. Want to PR but I'm not planning on doing anything special for the race (B/C priority race for me), training straight through it.

Hmm. Maybe the 5K + the 15K and then recovery miles for the marathon training.

I plan to do my first 15K at the Shamrock Run as my "race-sim" for my half-marathon training.
2009

3/7/09 - Champoeg Park 30K - 3:08:36 (10:29 pace) - PR!
3/15/09 - Shamrock Leprechaun Lap 1K with Aaron (Aaron's 2nd race)
