Meet: 08:30 at Cascadia Coffee Pub, NW 17th/Front

Parking: On street or in the lot across the street.
Option 2: Workout for those Shamrockians geared up to run hard.
Meet: Parking lot at the base of the Sauvie Island bridge. Workout begins at 9:00, suggest you get there 8:30-8:45 to warm up.
Route/Workout: Standard Sauvie 12 mile loop - clockwise direction.
Before 9:00 warm-up
at 9:00 - 8 miles @ 6:20 pace
5 minutes rest
4 X 1 mile at 6:05 or better with 2:00 rest intervals.
