Friday track has had low attendance during cross-country season, due to races and Saturday practice the grass. But it's never been zero.

Tonight, it was two: Tay, and me.

If you're not racing XC next week, come and join in. Fridays are always your opportunity to get a lot of individual coaching, and at this time of year, you may find it particularly useful.

I"ve not updated this for a while. We are still doing Friday Track (though I was in Sacramento last week, and turnout was light during cross-country season.

Now there's no conflict other than winter, so I'll resume posting.

We had three

Meleana
Mallory (Welcome!)

We had three tonight

Me
Megan (welcome home!)
Chris

It was a wee bit drippy, but not really all that bad. Quite good for rain in December, in fact. That was officially the darkest workout of the year. Come Tuesday, daylight is coming!

We had 9 tonight--a stunningly good turnout for January.

me
Edward
Jason
Jeff (welcome!)
Mallory
Zane
Tay
Meleana
Rachel

The workout was 2-4 miles of 700s on 100m 30-sec recoveries, with 4 x 150 tagged on for one person. Conditions were very pleasant for January. Four of us then retired to First Friday.

Groundhog's day came in mild and saw at least 11 Lizards on Duniway. I think. People kept showing up, so I'm not sure of my head count

Jason

Rachel
Edward
Zane
Caitlyn
Rohit
Janne (10)

Blast. I'm forgetting at least one. Tip of my tongue...

I've missed a few weeks posting here; February attendance was pretty light. With March, however, things are looking up.

It's a little hard to count because people were doing their own things a bit, but present and accounted for this week were

Sam (welcome!)
Becky (welcome home!)
Care
Julia (running a bit)
Janne
Rachel
me
Gareth
Lyndy
Janelle

That's a nice crowd ,though only 8 can truly be counted for TRL attendance.

Edward, though was the only one running. Kudos for running in the rain, alone. Attendance was down due to Shamrock. Expect more people next week.
