Hi Mark, not a vital piece but maybe helpful. We have an antique tea cart your sister could use. It could be used an a tv stand(what the grandparents used it for) or an end table etc. Let us know, it's collecting dust in the garage and the rest of the family has said we can hand it off.

Way to go on the second half! I peeled off to my car at Mile 24 as planned. My heart rate was a little high at 170 even though I felt good, so that worked well. It's true that keeping the pacer in sight is motivating.
