For those who run the south end of the Wildwood Trail, or have joined the summer Goose Run route, you are probably aware of the dangerous crossing at Burnside.  And if you haven't been following the discussion over the past few years, there is a plan in place for constructing a pedestrian bridge that would take Wildwood users over the top of Burnside.

There is currently an effort in place to raise funds to fun that bridge.  You can read more about the bridge design and crowdfunding effort going on right now.  And if you choose to donate between now and the end of October, every dollar you donate is matched by an anonymous donor - so your donation dollars are doubled.

So far they are almost half way to their funding goal.  If you think this is an important project, please donate today!
