Posting up the club's weekly long-ish run, otherwise known as the SBUX run.
We offer MULTIPLE distance options. So if you do your long runs on Saturdays, you can still come out and enjoy a shorter recovery run with us! And, since many prefer to run trails, come out and do that, or the roads. Would just like to get a big group out there, regardless of what route you choose to do.
Some folks arrive early to get in extra miles. If you're doing so, please post when you'll be starting and how much extra you'll be doing.
WHAT: 6 or 12-mile distances
WHEN: Sunday, 06/10/2018 @ 8:30am (this is the start time for all distances)
WHERE: Starbucks on the corner of NW 23rd & Overton
ROUTE: Feel free to head up to the trails from SBUX, or here are suggested road routes:
6-mile route: Follow 12-mile route out to the 4-mile mark, then return following mapped route over Broadway Bridge back to SBUX

PACE: Typically 7:00/mile to 10:00/mile, depending on who shows up.
