This week we head out to Sauvie Island.  For those who are doing the Foot Traffic Flat on July 4th this is your opportunity to run 12.2 miles of the full or half marathon course.  And do not fear, although we won't be meeting at our usual SBUX, we will be gathering post-run at an alternate SBUX.

WHAT: 12.2346 mile run (or you can shorten it if you want by doing and out and back)
WHERE: SAUVIE ISLAND:  Park in the big lot just off the bridge on to the island (FYI - 2 mile mark of the full & half).
WHEN: Sunday, 6/23/19 at 8:30 a.m. (start time for the 12-mile run)
ROUTE: https://www.gmap-ped....com/?r=7358566  We can decide whether to run this clockwise (same as the race) or counterclockwise (for variety) on Sunday.
PACES: Generally there are folks running anywhere from 7:00 to 9:00/mile or beyond.  I'm usually +/- 8:00 but flexible.
POST RUN:  Gather at the SBUX at 3330 NW Yeon (HWY30)  for coffee/tea and plot your FT Flat racing strategy.  Kind bars will be provided/available
