I have been using a whole food supplement from there for quite some time from HealthForce Nutritionals called "Vitamineral Green". I mix it with a large glass of orange juice each day. Took about a week to aquire the taste but now I really enjoy it. They offer a free sample there as well if you want to try it. It won't upset your stomach like most multi's can.
Here is a link to their website for more info.

I have taken them for years, and can tell when I don't.
The reason I take them at night is since your body does most of its repairing while you sleep, why not help it out?
