1 Multi
3 Glucosamine (this stuff is awesome!)
3 Fish Oils

If I'm feeling down in the morning, I take either Emergen-C or a Carnation instant breakfast.
I race for the shirts.

I take a multi vitamin on a semi regular basis. I do not know if it does any good, other than psychologicaly. I do try very hard to eat a well balanced diet also. Keeping in mind that I consider beer and pizza to be balanced.

1. Chewable vitamin C to stave off colds. I think it works pretty well, and it tastes good.

2. Daily 325 mg aspirin regimen

3. Annual flu shot

Your on the right track Diep, but if you are feeling a cold coming on you need to make it a wheat beer with an Orange there isn't as much vit. C in lemons. Blue Moon would be my choice for immune health with a nice big slice of orange. happy.png

Mmmm, even better, for those of you not familiar with micros brewed outside the PNW, would be a Bell's Oberon with orange. Mmm Mmm good!

Since you are in SE I recommend a trip to "The Daily Grind" on 40th and Hawthorne. Since I am the analytical type I research everything before I put anything into my body. I therefore decided to go with a 100% natural product for my supplements.

I have been using a whole food supplement from there for quite some time from HealthForce Nutritionals called "Vitamineral Green". I mix it with a large glass of orange juice each day. Took about a week to aquire the taste but now I really enjoy it. They offer a free sample there as well if you want to try it. It won't upset your stomach like most multi's can.

Here is a link to their website for more info.

I take a multi vitamin each evening. I take the premiume performance from Costco. When preggers with Sebastian, I would take one in the am and one in the pm. Never took the prenatals.
I have taken them for years, and can tell when I don't.
The reason I take them at night is since your body does most of its repairing while you sleep, why not help it out?

If this running thing starts to feel to easy, you are probably doing it wrong.
