Thanks, Rohit.  I got the scores for Bowerman updated with Lorilynn in the women's side.  First post in this thread has been updated with the current standings through BTC 5k.  Only 2 more events to determine the Summer Series champs... time to get your Strava Segment times logged, and register for the Bear Creek 10k!

Summer Sizzler information is up in the Members Only section of the message board. I figured I'd post on here to catch people's attention to go look there.

Old Man Lindbo pulling yet another impressive ace out of his sleeve.  Also, Steve Short finished the series with another win, giving him a perfect 500 for the season.  Well done, gents!

Thanks for pulling all of the results, Rohit.  I promise that I have just been a slacker in my Summer Series scoring obligations, and haven't been avoiding finalizing the results after Steve scored a perfect 500 ;)

I updated the overall standings in the first post.  And in case anyone wants to check out the full spreadsheet with the final scores, as well as scoring for each race, it is attached.

You will note that the results have been sorted already by score (which determines the first 5 places), and then by number of races (which determines the next 5).  When there is a tie for the number of races participated in (e.g. three people all run 5 races), the tie is determined based on overall score.

Questions, comments, omitted results... let me know.

One final thing to note - the order everyone will select prizes at the Summer Sizzler is the order in which they are ranked (starting with woman #1 as first pick).  So if you are on the top ten list, plan to be at the Sizzler on Sept 16 to claim one of the amazing prizes!

Question for Torrey. Rohit mentioned Strava didn't let him filter by date beyond all of 2018, so he included all segments run in 2018, and annotated dates that were before April. I thought the intent was to only allow Strava segments that were actually run during the Summer Series (dates April 7 - August 18*) (but you declared a grace day, so August 19, actually). Just wondering, did you just accept all the Strava segments run in 2018 after all? It seems like it.

The intent was to filter times for the official window, but I accepted all.  The reason being that there isn't any easy way to find additional efforts members ran on the segment during the official window if they were slower than those logged before it started.  Rather than do detective work to track down any additional efforts, all were accepted for consistency.  I don't think the early efforts used in the scoring made a significant change for those in the top 5 focused on score.  It didn't alter the number of events for those who scored based on participation.  The only thing it may have done is add more members into the standings who really only happened to run through that segment before it officially opened.
