How about the cone workout on Terwilliger? Lots of shade there.Track is on today. It'll be warm. We'll plan accordingly. By the time we're warmed up, most of the sun is off the track.

It will not be the same as Tuesday's workout. Friday workouts are more individualized based on who shows up, and because of that, aren't usually posted here early. What's the workout? Is it the same as Tuesday or something else?
That being said, with it being ~100 degrees out at 6pm, I'll question the sanity of doing any hard workout, but nonetheless will show up to see what's being planned.

I'm not sure who, if anybody, will show up tonight but for one week, you all can probably come up with some sort of workout to do. If you can't, here's a fun one to try:
1-2 mile warmup
3-4 miles continuous of alternating 200s ***
1-2 mile cooldown
*** run a 200m at your CURRENT 5k pace immediately followed by a 200m at your CURRENT half marathon pace. Keep alternating this (no true jog recovery) for 3 miles. Four miles if you're still feeling good after mile 3. Don't slack on the "off" 200s - keep the pace honest. Start off with the "off" 200m at half marathon pace, so that you finish up with the "on" 200m at 5k pace.
