Paula's (RunwithPaula) Saturday morning regular run has started up again.
Run begins at the Portland Running Co - Grand and Morrison- 9:00 am.
Course is 5, 7 and 9 miles. She said they got up to 40 runners last year!
Tomorrow is going to be a beautiful morning, too, so I hope to see you there..

Hey Linda, you're steppin' on some Red Lizard toes!!

We have a regular run we do Saturday mornings from Foot Traffic Lake Oswego.

We should be directing people THERE not to the dark side.

Looks like I'm bringing the doughnuts.

Anyone else notice that dough nuts from Dunkin' Doughnuts actually resemble oversized, hexagonal nuts?

I wonder if they make dough bolts and dough wrenches to go with the dough nuts?

I think stepping on red lizard toes is fine, assuming they regrow them as readily as tails. I like Tryon better, but Portland Running Company is closer. Maybe see some folks there. I think Mt. Tabor is one of the options. Linda, thanks.
I could dig deeper..., but then I'd be further in a hole.

I think telling others about other places to run is fine here, just like other running clubs, ie ORRC, etc post our link on their website. We're not in competition with Paula or she with us. Not everyone wants to drive to Lake Oswego, sometimes its nice for a change to run with different people. As most people know me, I ALWAYS encourage people that I meet , weather its at Nike town or a race, or even todays run .. the people I met there today.. to come out and run with us , the Red Lizards, at our runs.

Bottom line is we all are looking for some one to run with and different places to run around Portland. My loyality will alway be to the Red Lizard, so dont worry that I am taking people from the runs.. sometimes it can be a way to add people to them.
