The spirited chase for the polka-dotted jersey continues!

Join us tomorrow evening, Wednesday, July 18th, at 6:15 p.m. for stages 6 & 7 of Le Tour de Goose. Meet at the Buffalo Gap Saloon and Eatery. (Stage 7 will be followed by raffle, awards, and free beer at the Buffalo Gap.)

Stage 6: Scavenger Hunt

In this team photo safari, you will search for flora, fauna, and other fun things along the route. Points will be awarded for your findings and finish time.

Stage 7: Let Them Eat Cake Hill Sprint

This is an individual dash up the Corbett hill. It will have an age-graded start. And you'll be carrying cake! Victors will earn possession of the spectacular (and unique) Mista and Sista Vista crowns for the next year.

To volunteer, is there anything special we need to do?

I'm not in good running form so I think participating is out of the question.

Charissa, Hi! Suggest just show up and advise Kristen that you are available to volunteer. I suspect you will be needed!

A big Mercí Beaucoups to Stacey for organizing a stellar scavenger hunt and to Bob & Betty for the delightful cake and for spearheading our annual pilgrimage up the hill. Thank you to all volunteers (Jim, Charissa, Yung Hae, Marilee, etc.) who helped out and to all who joined in the festivities to make this an enjoyable evening.

Congrats to cake sprint victors Torrey Lindbo (returning champion) and Lauren Elgee who will take their places as Mista and Sista Vista in the Hill Sprint Hall of Fame!
